Today, I wanted to share with you my observations and other recommendations for wrapping up the summer.

On all fronts. Real estate is also about conversations. So I multiply the distribution channels to better answer my clients' questions. In addition to the audio podcast and the hyper-targeted mailing, the Facebook direct is to be used sparingly. Basically, don't show off too much if you don't want to get bored.
